Issue Advocacy

Major Developmental Permitting

Through our lobbying efforts on behalf of our developer clients, we have built a tremendous track record in streamlining the bureaucratic process for many residential, commercial and mix-use projects throughout the Treasure Coast and South Florida regions. We fully understand the RFP, DRI and permitting processes. We have been very successfully in the areas of contract bids, community development districts and community redevelopment agencies. We work closely with the staffs of the South Florida Water Management District, Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and the Metropolitan Planning Organizations of Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. We work with each client to develop the best strategy so that their project remains on schedule.
